Fulfill the imperative to innovate by identifying and developing future logistics related technologies in order to support experimentation, inform requirements, and when appropriate, transition to a program of record, in order to develop a lethal and resilient force able to win in an environment of long-term strategic competition where there is rapid dispersion of technologies and new concepts of warfare that span the spectrum of conflict.
