Contracts Organization (LB)

LBO - Is responsible for performing oversight reviews as well as providing the MCFCS with assistance to support the execution of sound business arrangements that are timely, legal, and compliant with policy and regulation.

LBP - Implements contracting policy and develops standardized business processes for the MCFCS. LBP executes the DON Procurement Performance Management Assessment Program (PPMAP) for the HCA.
