The Logistics COI is committed to helping members grow professionally by providing developmental opportunities throughout their careers.
COI members are encouraged to work with their manager and/or mentor to identify a plan to help attain professional goals. When identifying a goal, remember to think strategically. Ask yourself: what technology, competency, or skill will the Marine Corps need in the future? COI members should consider selecting a combination of developmental actions for career progression through a variety of sources (e.g., training, education, on-the-job experience, etc.).
Your managers may contact the COI to explore whether funding is available for targeted training opportunities required by your job for successful performance.
The Logistics COI will be working to develop formal training strategies to accompany the Career Roadmaps throughout the next few years.
