The USMC Operational Contract Support (OCS) Common Operational Picture (COP) is a Headquarters Marine Corps level snapshot of the Marine Corps OCS capability. The USMC OCS COP gives a broad overview of the location, structure and area of responsibility of each Marine Forces Component that is in support of its respective Geographic Combatant Command (GCC). The COP includes the Marine Expeditionary Force and supporting Marine Logistics Group regionally aligned to support each MARFOR mission.

Each MARFOR is staffed with OCS advisors tasked with planning and integrating contract support for CCDR missions and joint operational plans. Each MEF is staffed with OCS advisors tasked with planning and synchronizing contracting support for MAGTF and smaller deploying units.
