Facilities Sustainment, Restoration and Modernization (FSRM) oversees f routine maintenance, major repairs and small (or minor) construction program for the Marine Corps including civilian labor (installation maintenance workforce), materials and supplies, and contracts. Additionally, FSRM can fund Demolition.
