Assistant Deputy Commandant, Installations and Logistics
SES Deline ‘Dee’ R. Reardon

Mrs. Dee Reardon is the Assistant Deputy Commandant of the Marine Corps for Installations & Logistics. Mrs. Reardon serves as the principal deputy and technical assistant to the Deputy Commandant for Installations and Logistics, responsible for providing long-range continuity to the department's policy, direction and performance oversight for all installations and logistics functions at USMC bases and stations throughout the world and for the operating forces across the U.S. Marine Corps. Prior to assuming her current position, Mrs. Reardon served as the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Logistics and principal advisor to the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Sustainment.

Additional executive level positions include serving as the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Supply Chain Integration, Chief of Weapon System Sustainment in the Directorate of Resources and Deputy Director of Logistics in the Directorate of Logistics for the Deputy Chief of Staff for Logistics, Installations and Mission Support, Headquarters U.S. Air Force. Mrs. Reardon’s experience encompasses numerous logistics and resource management positions at multiple Major Commands, the Air Staff, and OSD, leading programs in supply, maintenance, transportation, munitions, logistics plans, weapon system readiness, sustainment, budget and programming.

Mrs. Reardon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Computer Information Systems from Colorado State University, a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Hawaii Pacific University, and a Master of Science in National Resource Strategy from National Defense University, Industrial College of the Armed Forces. She has extensive Professional Military Education and experiential leadership training including Squadron Officer’s School, Air Command and Staff College, the DoD Executive Leadership Development Program, the Defense Leadership and Management Program, and the Vanguard Executive Program. Mrs. Reardon has received a Notable Achievement award, a Special Service award, an Air Force Association award, the Exemplary Civilian Service award, the Meritorious Civilian Service award, the Joseph G. Lineberger award, two Secretary of Defense Awards for Exceptional Civilian Service, and the Presidential Rank Award. She is a member of the Air Force Association, Logistics Officer’s Association, and the Senior Professional Women’s Association. She served as Secretary, Vice President and President of the Northern Virginia Hockey Club, concluding ten years of volunteer service in 2021, and was the 2017 honorary co-President of the Air Force Silver Wings. In addition, by Presidential appointment, Mrs. Reardon serves on the Board of UNICOR.
